Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Will Launch On November 6, Here Are The Details That You Should Know!
Gather around Xiaomi fans, we got new details about the Redmi Note 6 Pro. The said smartphone will be hitting the Indonesian market a few days from now.
It’s Coming Just A Few Days From Now
Earlier this week, we published a comparison review between the Redmi Note 6 Pro and its predecessor – Redmi Note 5 Pro. On that report, we mentioned that it is expected to come to India in the middle of November.
This time around, we found new details about the upcoming device. We learned that Xiaomi will be hosting an event this November 6 in Indonesia and is expected to launch the Redmi Note 6 Pro. As for its India launch, we still don’t know when.

And just so you know, the said smartphone is already available in Thailand. According to reports, its 4GB/64GB variant will cost THB 6,990 which roughly translates to around Rs. 15,500 or $213 USD.
Why Are People Curious About Its India Launch?
Well, the reason why many tech enthusiasts are curious about Redmi Note 6 Pro’s India launch date is that its predecessor has quite the reputation, especially in the Indian market. Xiaomi claims that the Redmi Note 5 Pro is one of the top-selling and claimed to be the best mid-range smartphones in India. With this, tech enthusiasts are curious whether the successor will share the same success.
What Are Its Specs/Features?
In terms of display, the Redmi Note 6 Pro features a 6.26-inch notched display with 1080×2280 pixels. Meanwhile, its predecessor doesn’t feature a notch display and comes with a smaller screen (5.99 inches) and screen resolution 1080×2160 pixels.
But what’s really amazing is its camera specs. It features dual cameras — 20MP+2MP selfie camera and 12MP+5MP rear camera. Its predecessor featured a 12MP+5MP rear camera and a 20MP front camera.
As for its other specs and features, it will be packed with a Snapdragon 636 chip, Adreno 509, a 4,000 mAh battery, and run on Android 8.1 Oreo. It will feature a fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi. Lastly, for its memory, it will come with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage.
