We have already seen the various concept videos of upcoming Xiaomi Mi A2. However, the said device now looks to be confirmed as the new Mi 6X cases have been spotted on famous shopping site Oppomart.
Xiaomi last year launched Mi 5X exclusive in China and the same device was made available internationally as Mi A1 as the first Android One phone from the company. Similar to Mi A1, the Mi 6X is scheduled to launch internationally as Mi A2. The flagship device from Xiaomi is expected to boast an 18:9 aspect ratio display with minimum bezels and iPhone X-like vertically placed the camera on the rear side. Also, it will be a mid-range device, which is rumored to boast Xiaomi’s own Surge S2 processor.
Oppomart listed two cases for the Xiaomi Mi 6X/ Mi A2 on their online shop, which hints that the device is not far away from the release. As you can see in the images above, the first type case of Mi A2 comes in multiple colors while the second one looks crystal clear. Both cases look to be ultra-slim, which hints that the company may introduce its slimmest device to date.
According to previous leaks and rumors, the Xiaomi Mi 6X/ Mi A2 will feature a 5.99-inch IPS-screen with a resolution of 2160 by 1080 pixels (FHD +) and an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Under the hood, Mi A2 will boast 8-core Surge S2 processor and 4 GB RAM with 64 GB of flash memory. The successor of Mi A1 will be featuring a dual 12-megapixel main and 8-megapixel front cameras. The phone will have a USB Type-C connector with the fast charging support.
