Xbox Two Scarlett Currently In The Development Stage, News, Rumors For Microsoft's Consoles
The next generation Xbox Two that is hiding under the code name ‘Scarlett’ is said to be in the development stage. Current news and rumors about Microsoft, the company behind the gaming console, suggests that not only one, but two Xbox consoles will be available in the future.
The second Xbox console suggests that it will feature cloud streaming services and will be under project Xbox Scarlett Cloud. Meanwhile, the original setup of Xbox Scarlett features the use of the common technology that we have on our current consoles.
Phil Spencer, currently the vice president of Gaming at Microsoft, provided insights in the recent E3 2018 about the company’s plan for their next generation console. He mentioned that “Our hardware team is deep into developing the next generation of Xbox consoles, where we will once again deliver on our commitment to set the benchmark for console gaming.”
We are certain that one of Microsoft’s big boss didn’t make any intention to slip some details but the statement shows that they are planning multiple next-generation Xbox console. It would be very nice for gaming enthusiasts to see any official statements and announcements from the company in next year’s E3 2019 but there is a very slim chance that it will happen next year. Many people speculate that the new Xbox Two will be revealed as early as 2020 up to 2021.

With this news, many speculate that it is for the next generation Xbox console. It makes sense since the company already got all the plans sorted out for their current-gen console which is currently the most powerful gaming console in the market today and currently doesn’t need buffs.
The job listing also added that “lead the DRAM solutions for the Xbox console hardware development team,” and further pointing out “DRAM solutions include DDR3, GDDR5, GDDR6 and future DRAM technologies.” The most exciting part shows that “currently shipping and future Xbox design projects.” which gives hope to any Xbox fans that the company is now working for their future plans.
Many of the gaming consoles’ big figures believe that the current disc-based system is working but the future suggests that streaming games online will use a cloud system will play a big role in the future setup of the gaming consoles.
