Vivo Z3 Pro Is Coming With Snapdragon 845 and 10GB RAM?
The Chinese-based tech company Vivo just unveiled their first 10GB RAM phone Vivo NEX Dual Display Edition. Its name tells us that this device comes with two displays (back and front) with the 3D TOF stereo camera. It seems that this is not only the device the company will release.
According to Gizmochina, a mysterious phone has appeared on the benchmark site Geekbench recently. It has 10GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 845 processor. It has the exact same details as the Vivo NEX 2 on the same rating system. However, this handset was listed under the model number vivo 1813. This is different from the benchmark model number vivo V1821A of the latter.
Its model number is similar to the current Vivo Z3i with the number V1813A and the Vivo Z3 with V1813BA. This could seem very likely the Pro version of the Vivo Z3 lineup. To recall, the Z-series was released this year including the aforementioned Z3, Z3i, Z1, Z1 Lite, Z1i, and Z10.
In the benchmark listing, the possible Vivo Z3 Pro scored 2371 points in the single-core test and 8326 in the multi-core test. It will also run the Android 9.0 Pie. This means that this upcoming device will beat the other Vivo 10GB device for the former and loses to it for the latter.
At this point, the company seems to safeguard itself by preparing a more conventional yet equally high-end smartphone to launch along with the experimental NEX 2 under the name NEX Dual Display that just launched today in India. Then, the upcoming device might be the actual 2 sometime soon.
As of now, there are two Vivo flagships with a Snapdragon 845 chipset. These include the Vivo NEX S and Vivo NEX Dual Display Edition. If ever the upcoming phone is coming, then it will be the third phone with this latest chipset.
