Everyone knows that the long-rumored Surface Phone from Microsoft is Surface Duo which is touted to release in the week of August 24, 2020. This update is coming directly from Redmond based tech giant, who has previously released on its website, which stated the device was ‘coming Holiday 2020.’

The dual-screen smartphone from Microsoft has reportedly entered production; according to a tweet Windows Central’s Zac Bowden. The Surface Duo aka Surface Phone is now entering production. Pre-order pages for the phone have yet to go live, and this has not been confirmed by Microsoft as yet.

The information also comes just a week after the hyped smartphone went through testing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States. Even if the device’s release is one month away, there are still plenty of rumors going on around the corner. However, Microsoft has not confirmed any.

Rumors claim that the Surface Phone aka Surface Duo will be powered by the powerful Snapdragon 855 processor. It is said to come with AMOLED screens, which will have a resolution of 1,800 x 1,350 on each panel and will rock the 3,460mAh battery.

As for the camera, the device is rumored to be featuring an 11-megapixel front camera with a front-facing flash. Surprisingly, there is no rear camera onboard. The device will have a storage capacity of 64, 128, or 256GB, with 6 GB RAM capacity.

The device will be powered by Android 10 OS. Microsofteven uploaded their own stock apps to Duo, supporting the two-pane modesand other functionality to support dual-screen.
