Housefull 4, the next installment of the highly successful Hindi film franchise, Housefull, is one of the hotly anticipated films of 2019. The project has been hogging all the limelight ever since being announced last year.

While the makers are yet to announce the whole star cast officially, actors Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon and Pooja Hegde are confirmed to play significant parts in the flick. Akshay and Riteish have been a regular in all the previous parts of the franchise, but Bobby, Kriti, and Pooja are going to join the ensemble cast of the comic-caper for the first time. The latest we hear that now producer Sajid Nadiadwala has roped in superstar Sanjay Dutt to play an important character in the movie.

“Sanjay had come on-board the film last month, but the actor’s character has been kept under wraps as Nadiadwala, a long-term friend of the actor, has a grand launch planned for the actor’s never-seen-before comic avatar,” a well-placed source reveals to a popular tabloid.

If Dutt is indeed a part of ‘Housefull 4’, it will be his second film with Sajid Nadiadwala in a row. The actor also stars in his period film Kalank, which is a joint venture between Sajid’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

Housefull 4 is a big film by all means and now, with Sanjay Dutt’s entry, it’s going to get even bigger. The film is expected to begin its production in the next couple of months. The movie revolves around the theme of reincarnation with one portion of it to be shot in London and the second one in India.

To be made on a lavish budget of approximately ₹ 200 crores, Housefull 4 will be directed by Sajid Khan, who previously helmed Housefull and Housefull 2. To be presented by Fox Star Studios, the comic-caper arrives in cinemas on Diwali 2019.
