Samsung Galaxy X Launch Date
According to The Bell (South Korean financial paper), Samsung will release Galaxy X towards the end of February next year at MWC 2019.
Since Samsung usually launches its products around huge trade show events, this news does not come as a surprise. Even though Samsung has not opened up on the release date or details of Galaxy X, its confirmation in a recent earnings call goes to prove that the company was entering the field of foldable OLED technology.
Galaxy X Price
We have barely any information regarding the price of Samsung Galaxy X. It is certainly not going to be cheap considering the features that the handset is rumored to come up with, and also gauging by the price of Galaxy S9 that released early this year. Galaxy S9 was priced at $720. Galaxy S10, as per leaks, will cost the same, or perhaps a little more. Galaxy X, according to rumors is likely to cost somewhere around $800.
Galaxy X Design and Features
Recent leaks suggest that Galaxy X will have three OLED screens. While the front of the device will comprise of two 3.5-inch screens opening out into a 7-inch tablet, another one will be behind which will be of 3.5-inch.
When it comes to RAM, it might be 4GB-6GB. Samsung might not exceed that since it would not want the price to go further up.
For internal storage, the combination will be the usual 64GB and 128GB combinations. In fact, chances are that the internal storage will be 256GB. The camera will most probably be a simple one to avoid interfering with the displays.
