Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Confirmed To Receive Feature Upgrades
Numerous rumors about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 have been surfacing all over the wire. Recently, the South Korea-based tech giant reveals that its upcoming flagship handset will flaunt feature upgrades.
According to SlashGear, the verification of the distinctive honor for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 came from Samsung Research AI Center Head Gray G Lee. He stated that “Samsung’s AI vision has five directions:user-centric, always learning, always there, always helpful and always safe.” He also established that the next generation in AI for the South Korean tech giant would come with Bixby 2.0. Additionally, he also divulged that the next-level update to the platform would be launched with the Galaxy Note 9 later this year.
Moreover, the same source supplemented the power to the hint that the Galaxy Note 9 would be unveiled in August 2018. This speculation is in contrast to the talks that the flagship handset could be revealed as early as July. It can be recalled that last year’s Galaxy Note 8 was launched on August 23rd, 2017, and its predecessor; Galaxy Note 7 has made its first appearance on August 2nd, 2016.
The company’s number of announcements surrounding Bixby as an amenity and a platform pale in comparison to its contenders; unless this virtual assistant is compared to Siri, of course. Against the Google Assistant or Alexa, neither Bixby nor Siri can match; with an absolute number of features if nothing else.
Some tech enthusiasts are hoping that the company breaks the version numbering gibberish and starts in with the all-the-time upgrades. In case the consumers are going to have faith in any piece of software, they’re going to have to perceive it as an entity that’s not just a form in a long line of versions.
