PlayStation Classic: Emulator Settings Accessible With USB Keyboard, NSTC, 60 FPS and More
The PlayStation Classic was recently released just a few days ago. With that, there’s bound to be some people out there who would want to tweak the said console a little bit and see what changes could be made – like changing the games maybe because some of the stock games suck? Anyways, turns out, you can access the console’s emulator settings and it’s extremely easy.
But Before That… MAJOR DISCLAIMER
Please note that the people who discovered this exploit warned the viewers that they don’t know if simply accessing the PlayStation Classic’s emulator settings can destroy the console or not. However, messing/changing its defaults settings can potentially destroy the console’s PS menu if you don’t know what you’re doing. Please do keep that in mind.
The ones who discovered this exploit is YouTuber RETRO GAMING ARTS. Well, to be exact, his companion named “Matt” was the one who figured out how to access the emulator settings inside the PlayStation Classic.
According to Matt, he took a USB keyboard and plugged it in. And then when he went into one of the games, he hit the ESC button. That’s basically how to access the emulator settings.
Once you get access to the emulator settings, you find a lot of things there. You can mess around the frame rates and do all the stuff the emulator can if you were to access it from PC, like time skips, cheats and all that.
