OnePlus 7 Concept Design: Sliding Front Camera, Triple Rear Camera, Infinity Display, And Many More

3:40 PM

There’s a reason why OnePlus smartphones are popular – they come with high-end specs yet are offered on a budget-friendly price tag. With new smartphones released every year, OnePlus smartphones let you “keep up with the new smartphone trends” if you’re the type who likes to change his/her phone annually without burning that much cash.

Next year, OnePlus is expected to release the OnePlus 7 around May or June. Please note that this is based on the OnePlus 6 which was released on May 2018 and the OnePlus 5 on June 2017.

With that being said, here is a concept design of the OnePlus 7 brought to you by YouTube channel TechConfigurations.

The Design

The OnePlus 7 will feature a metal glass, compact earpiece design and a sliding camera that will pop up on top. At the bottom, there’s the stereo speakers and USB Type-C.

The Display

The OnePlus 7 will feature a 6.5-inch QHD AMOLED Infinity Display and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, there is no notch design whatsoever.

The Processor And Battery

Processor-wise, the OnePlus 7 will be packed with a Snapdragon 855 chip. As for the battery, it will be powered by a 4,000 mAh battery.

The Camera Specs

For the front camera, it will be a dual (16+12 MP) sliding camera with a front-facing flash. Meanwhile, the rear camera will be a triple (16+20+16 MP) camera with AI Integration for DSLR Quality Images, Dual OIS, PDAF, and capable of 4K video recording.

The Memory

RAM-wise, the OnePlus 7 will feature 4/6/8GB RAM. Meanwhile, for the internal memory storage, it will be 128GB/512GB.

There wasn’t any mention of any expandable storage. But given that both the OnePlus 6 and 6T didn’t have such feature, it makes sense that this concept design of the OnePlus 7 didn’t have any.
