Nvidia Titan RTX Graphics Card Leaked By LinusTechTips and The Slow Mo Guys: Expected To Be Announced Soon?

7:58 PM

Waiting for some new GPU from Nvidia? Well, great news for you because an unannounced Titan RTX graphics card was just leaked and is expected to be announced very soon.

The “Accidental” Leak

According to TweakTown, Linus from Linus Tech Tips “accidentally” leaked the Titan RTX card during a recent WAN show. Apparently, the host accidentally grabbed the wrong box when doing a sponsor spot, thus unintentionally giving the audience an “unexpected” surprise.

But was it really “accidental”? That we don’t know for sure, because so far we haven’t yet heard from Linus yet. We checked the Twitter accounts (@LinusTech and @linusgsebastian), the comment section of the YouTube video, and LinusTechTips.com’s forum. So far, we haven’t found any comment from Linus about it, or perhaps we just failed to locate. If you’ve happened to see it, tell us in the comment section below. Thanks.

Speaking of the YouTube video, if you go watch it (we 73Buzz, didn’t watch the full video because it’s 51:08 long) or may have already seen it, Linus showed the packaging of the Titan RTX card twice. The timestamps are 30:34 and 35:05 – courtesy of YouTuber Isaiah from the comment section. So perhaps it was intentional?

Another Leak From Another Source

There’s also another leak regarding the Titan RTX card. Well, this time around it’s no accident.

According to a forum post by Spotty at LinusTechTips.com, guys from The Slow Mo Guys on YouTube posted a picture of what seems to be the dual fan Nvidia design, similar to the RTX cooler design, with Titan branding. Take a look at this picture.

So When Is It Going To Be Announced?

Well, according to TweakTown, given that the Titan RTX card has been teased, it should be announced very soon. However, the site didn’t say exactly when.

What About Its Performance And Price?

Performance-wise, it is expected to be around 10 to 30 percent faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. As for its estimated price tag, it will be between $1,499 and $1,999, depending on how much VRAM the Titan RTX has to offer.

Are you excited about the Titan RTX card? When do you think it will be announced? We would like to hear from you in the comment section below.
