The tech company HMD Global seems to be working on a Nokia-branded flagship for the last couple of months. The highly anticipated Nokia 9 PureView is speculated to be introduced at the end of this year. However, some reports pointed out that the company will push the launch to early next year.

According to BGR, the company will likely add wireless charging support on the upcoming Nokia 9 PureView. Two new Nokia-branded wireless chargers have surfaced online on the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) website after receiving the necessary certification.

The first wireless charging accessory is listed as the Nokia Wireless Charger with the model number DT-10W. This number indicates that it can support faster 10W charging. This charger looks similar to any other wireless charging pad especially its rival Huawei’s wireless charger because it has the circular disc-like shape. It also comes in a pretty blue color.

Meanwhile, the second wireless charging accessory is listed as a “Portable Wireless Charger” with the model number DT-500. It is shaped looks like a regular rectangular power bank with what appears to be cut-outs for the input (likely a USB Type-C) and output (possibly a standard USB Type-A) ports. It also comes with a power button on the side of the charger.

It is indeed a mobile battery pack not only because of its name and image but also of its function to charge supported devices wirelessly. If you own the Nokia 8 Sirocco that also supports wireless charging, you can use these chargers effortlessly.

These two wireless chargers will most likely be announced alongside the Nokia 9 PureView and possibly any other high-end smartphone from the company. This certification also provides hints of the upcoming official launch. However, the company has not revealed yet any information about the anticipated device and its accessories.
