New Leak Reveals Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL Screen Sizes
A new leak has been discovered. This time, it’s about the screen sizes for Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
A new leak has been spotted regarding the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL’s screen sizes. The leak came from Steve Hemmerstoffer who quite notably has a very reliable track record for leaks.
The Pixel 3 is revealed to feature a 5.3-inch display which is a bit larger compared to the Pixel 2’s 5-inch display. Meanwhile, the Pixel 3 XL will sport a 6.2-inch display which is 2 inches bigger compared to its predecessor.
Is This Good News Or Bad News?
Well, it’s hard to say. First of all, it’s worth noting that Google is famed for having large Pixel phones due to its bezels. So despite both highly anticipated phones could feature larger screens, it could also mean the phone size will also increase, making it quite large to which some people may like it while others may not – depending on one’s preference.
However, there’s also a bright side to this – more space. Assuming that both Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be larger compared to its predecessors, then there’s a possibility that both phones could feature dual-front-facing cameras that could help improve facial recognition unlocking and dual front-firing speakers. Furthermore, in regards to the Pixel 3 XL alone, it could be packed with a larger battery for longer battery life which is undoubtedly a good thing.
Speaking about dual front-facing cameras, according to reports, the Pixel 3 XL is rumored to have one. In addition to this, it will also feature an edge-to-edge display. As for the smaller version, there it will have neither of these things.
