Your Guide On The Apple Devices That Are Set To Come On The Second Half of 2018

5:01 PM

It’s currently the second half of the year, and just a few days from now it’s going to be September which is an important month for Apple. Why? Well, the company is expected to launch its 2018 iPhone lineup on that specific month.

However, aside from that, the Cupertino-based company is also expected to launch other exciting devices as well before the end of the year. What are these devices? Read more.

The 2018 iPhones

For this year, at least 3 new iPhone models are expected to come: 6.5-inch OLED, 5.8-inch OLED, and 6.1-inch LCD. Reports predict that the unveiling date will be on September 12, while the pre-order date will begin on the 14th. A week after that, people will finally get their hands on the new iPhone.

However, there might be a delay for those who are waiting for the 6.1-inch model. Apparently, it may not ship until October due to “suspected issues with LED backlight leakage”.

Furthermore, there’s also the 4th iPhone i.e. iPhone SE2 that’s expected to come but the chances of it releasing this year are low. Instead, a 2019 March release is more likely – assuming that it does exist.

The Apple Watch Series 4

This device is expected to come next month along with the new iPhones. It’s rumored to feature a bigger display and click-free buttons.

The iPad Pro 3

For this device, although reports are pointing towards a release on September or October, November is also being considered as well. iPad Pro 3 is reported to come in 2 sizes – 10.5/11-inch and 12.9-inch – and sport a design similar to the iPhone X.

The MacBook

Last month, 5 new MacBook models were spotted on the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). One of which is the MacBook Air 2018 and another is a 13-inch low laptop that’s similar to the Air.

The Mac Mini 2

For this long-awaited device, Mac Mini 2 speculated to come either in October or November. However, October is the popular belief because this is based on the currently available model which was released back on October 16, 2014.
