Rumors regarding iPhone SE 2 launch at upcoming WWDC have been floating around the web. Meanwhile, the latest surfaced report suggests that Apple might manufacture the iPhone SE 2 exclusively in India.

The report is coming from the same source which previously reported that the iPhone SE 2 will have a glass made back cover in or making wireless charging possible. As we all know that, last year Apple has been through many conspiracies one of which includes the low production rate of iPhone X. So there might be a possibility that in order to conquer the Southeastern and Indonesian markets Apple is planning to assemble their new handset in India.

iPhone SE 2 Specifications and Price

According to Tekz24 report, the smaller display handset would come featuring glass-back design and A11 Bionic similar to iPhone 8. The rumors also claim that the device will pack 2GB of RAM and will adopt the wireless charging feature similar to iPhone X. The iPhone SE successor is said to have an aspect screen size of 4.2 inches with a facial recognition feature.

On the other hand, Some previous reports mentioned that the iPhone SE 2 would contain Bezels similar to the good old phones. The main Home button could be integrated with a feature of Touch ID Fingerprint sensor. The device is said to be powered by a 1700 mAh battery.

This latest report only makes sense if Apple is targetting countries like India, exclusively. Otherwise, it seems inappropriate for the tech giant to manufacture and assemble the phone in India and then export it around the world when it already boasts partners like Foxconn and Pegatron in China. We are not sure regarding the reliability of this report that is why it is advised to take this rumor with a pinch of salt.
