A lot of people expect that iPhone SE2 will be introduced tomorrow. However, it is becoming obvious that it will not launch along with the three 2018 iPhones that will be unveiled tomorrow.

No iPhone SE2 in Apple event?

It is looking like the SE 2 will not be part of the devices that Apple will be launching in the September 12 event in the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California. Instead, we will see three new iPhones. Two of these smartphones will be called iPhone XS Plus and iPhone XC, according to 9 to 5 Mac.

While Apple has not issued any statement with regards to the iPhone SE2, a lot of experts think that the budget smartphone will be part of the company’s spring lineup instead. This could mean that it may be released in March 2019.

2018 iPhones we will see tomorrow

Apart from the aforementioned iPhone XC and iPhone XS Plus, another smartphone will also be unveiled. This last one will most likely be the cheapest one of the three. As previous reports indicated, the cheapest one will have an LCD screen. This is as opposed to the OLED screens of the other two.

As far as the two more high-end smartphones, both will receive storage upgrades. The iPhone XC will have 64GB and 256GB variants. The XS models, on the other hand, will have multiple storage variants that can go up to 512GB.

The hardware event will not only focus on the 2018 iPhones, according to Bloomberg. Apple fans will also see Apple Watch Series 4, the iPad Pro 2018 and possibly, the Mac Mini 2018.

What are your theories about the release and the features of the iPhone SE2? What are your thoughts about the other 2018 iPhones like the iPhone X Plus? Let us know what you think about the upcoming budget smartphone in the comments section below.
