iPad Pro 3 or Face ID iPad Almost Ready and Coming This Fall?
The tech giant Apple seems to be working on many updates for the entire product line for later this year. This is all based on the new investor’s note that the reliable product analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from TF International Securities just recently shared. One of the refreshes expected is the Face ID iPad, which will be possibly unveiled as the iPad Pro 3.
According to MacRumors, two new iPad Pro models are predicted to be worked on for this fall. The first device will be an updated 12.9-inch model. It will be replacing the current iPad in the market that features the same display size with a smaller casing. The second tablet will be an all-new 11-inch model and be similar to the current 10.5-inch iPad Pro. This prediction is not previously predicted.
Even if the details for the presumably iPad Pro 3 are short, both devices will be equipped with a full-screen design, presumably edge-to-edge, similar to the current iPhone X. The Home button will no longer be present, and the Touch ID authentication will be replaced with Face ID. Both of these new iPads will also feature reduced bezels significantly after losing the Home button.
Other refreshes will be for the two new Apple Watch models with bigger displays and enhanced heart rate detection features. The bezels will be reduced to fit the new displays in a similar way to the current iPhone X. The first version will measure at 1.57 inches (39.9 millimeters) while the second one at 1.78 inches (45.2 millimeters). These models are roughly 15 percent bigger than the current Apple Watches in the market.
Then, other interesting new tidbits on the upcoming product lineup are the three iPhones that will also feature Face ID technology. The two OLED models will have 5.8 and 6.5-inch displays and one lower-cost 6.1-inch LED model. A new low-priced Notebook will be designed to replace the current MacBook Air.
