iOS 12 Jailbreak: tihmstar Releases iOS 12-Capable V3ntex Exploit
Gather around, jailbreak fans. This time around, well-known developer and hacker tihmstar (@tihmstar) has released a jailbreak exploit dubbed as “v3ntex” which is an iOS 12-capable exploit.
Just a few days ago, tihmstar announced via Twitter the release of the v3ntex jailbreak exploit. According to him, he tested the exploit on his iPhone 6 running iOS 12.1.2. Moreover, on its GitHub page, he noted that the said exploit has been “tested on iOS 12.1.2,” “works up to 12.1.2,” and “gets you tfp0.”
If this looks familiar to you, you might wanna try to run it on iOS 12 😉
I feel like some thing might still be improved, but idk when i can be bothered to do so.

Jake James (@Jakeshacks), responsible for the RootlessJB released not long ago even started to work on tihmstar’s exploit as well. He tweeted:
Dammit I can't get tihmstar's exploit to work either. Used offsets I found earlier for v1ntex but it's not even starting the exploit, get "invalid msg-type" on line 778

Interested In Jailbreaking Your Device With The Latest iOS 12 RootlessJB?
For those who are interested to try Jake James’ RootlessJB for iOS 12 Jailbreak, they can do it with 4 simple steps. We’ve published an article about it last week. You can check it on this “link”.
However, please do note that jailbreaking can potentially harm your device so please proceed with caution. Or better yet, just like with every hardcore jailbreakers, they use an extra device that’s intended for jailbreaking purposes only.
What about the jailbreak tweaks that are compatible with the RootlessJB? Well, we also got you covered with that. Just a few days ago, we published a report talking about a jailbreak tweak list.
However, please do note that the Google Sheet list is still relatively small so you might want to wait for future updates. But despite that, it’s still worth checking to see if your favorite jailbreak tweak is supported by it.
What are your thoughts about tihmstar’s v3ntex exploit? Does it look promising? Will it lead to an iOS 12 jailbreak? Tell us in the comment section below.
