Huawei Mate 20: Another Latest Image Surfaces Online - Everything You Need to Know
The Chinese tech giant Huawei seems to be ready to unveil their next upcoming flagship device. Huawei Mate 20 is gaining much hype and is rumored again. An image just got surfaced online again indicating the device.
A tech blog site SlashLeaks just posted an image of the long-rumored upcoming Mate 20. The smartphone seen in the image has the company’s branding on its chin. It does resemble the Mate series from the company. This image confirms that the company is indeed getting prepared to introduce this smartphone.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a front display bigger than 6 inches. A curved glass panel is on top of it. The round corners it has are similar to what we saw in the current Samsung Galaxy S9 that was launched last February.
The Huawei’s own new Kirin 980 chipset powers the long-anticipated smartphone. It comes with 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. There is still no graphics processing unit (GPU) as of now but will eventually have.
In the photography department, the back side of the Huawei Mate 20 has two or probably even three cameras. The front flash for selfies will also be present. The fingerprint sensor on the rear is still unsure. However, it this is not possible, the face-unlock feature from the company will replace this one.
The release date of the Huawei Mate 20 is expected to be in the fourth quarter of this year – possibly this October. The previously leaked images and factory blueprint of this upcoming device were revealed days ago. The device will be smaller than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro variant, which will feature a huge 6.9-inch OLED display. It will contain the dual selfie cameras with sensors on top as well as a vertical dual camera system at the back.
