Here's What The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Might Look Like
An interesting leaked photo has been spotted on the web. The photo depicts the front and back design of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4.
The Leaked Photo
According to reports, the leaked photo came from an anonymous “reliable source” sent to Android Headlines. The photo is described as an official press render which provides a clean look of the Galaxy Tab S4’s front and back design.
On the photo, the device’s front design appears to have thinner bezels and the lack of a home button, giving it a larger display which could mean that it will have a different aspect ratio than the Tab S3’s 4:3 and possibly feature an in-display fingerprint sensor. In addition to that, it doesn’t have the Samsung logo on the top bezel, which could also indicate that with this much space, it could feature an iris scanner.
As for the back design, it resembles pretty much the design of its predecessor. The only clear difference is that the Samsung logo on the Galaxy Tab S4 is located below along with the “Tuned by AKG”. As for its size, it’s impossible to tell.
It was reported that the Galaxy Tab S4 would be running on Android 8 Oreo and it will be packed with a Snapdragon 835 processor. It will be feature 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a 10.5-inch display with 1600 x 2500 resolution.
It will sport a 12 MP rear camera and a 7 or 8 MP front camera. There was also a report claiming that it will be available in both Wi-Fi only and LTE variants.
Regarding its release, there have been 3 rumored dates. The dates are:
- September 2018
- Start of August alongside the Galaxy Note 9
- IFA 2018 (August 31 to September 5, 2018) alongside the Gear S4 smartwatch
As for its price tag, it could be the same price as the Galaxy Tab S3 or higher. The S3 was launched for $599.
