GTA 6 Might Get Announced During E3 2018; GTA 5 Successor Release Slated In 2020?
Five years already had passed since Rockstar Games launched the GTA 5 and a lot of this video game’s fans are not mindful of this because of the limitless gameplay it offers. But despite that, there were rumors that it wouldn’t be impossible for the New York City-based game publisher to not talk about the much-anticipated GTA 6 during the E3 2018 next month.
According to NSEAVoice, Rockstar has already made it clear that its concentration for the E3 event is the release of Red Dead Redemption 2. Nonetheless, the company’s allocated conference slot suggests more and not just the announcements of the western-themed video game.
It can also be recalled that Rockstar has already revealed way back in 2014 that they have already brainstorm on the GTA 6. As a matter of fact, they have 20 years of concepts which they wanted to implement. Meanwhile, it could mean that the ideas already exist and it can sprawl in future GTA sequels.
In case the Grand Theft Auto 6 will be announced during the E3 this year, Rockstar’s fans can expect the video game to debut by 2020 the latest. This is also an appropriate timing for an AAA sequel. Aside from that, it is also worth noting that GTA has never failed to make it rain gold for Rockstar. With that being said, there’s no way the developer would want to postpone the GTA 6 for the next-gen gaming consoles.
The fans might be disenchanted to hear that they still have to wait a couple of years for the release of the game. But then again, there may be reasons behind this and possibly, Rockstar has a lot of plans for the much-anticipated video game.
As of this moment, these are the only available details when it comes to the GTA 6 release. Hopefully, as the E3 2018 event nears, more information about the GTA 5 successor will surface.
