Google Pixel 3 Lite, Pixel 3 XL Lite With A Price Tag of $400 Slated To Arrive Early Spring?
The tech company Google seems to step up their game. They are reportedly adding more mid-range phones. The two new Pixel smartphones will be launched in early 2019. They will likely be dubbed the Google Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite.
According to ValueWalk, the company wants to introduce the two new Pixel smartphones exclusively on the telecom Verizon. So far, there is no official launch date or pricing of these devices. However, many are speculating that the release date will be in early spring 2019 with a price of at less than $400. To those who are not aware, the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL were debuted earlier this year after a lot of leaks and rumors.
This rumor is no longer a surprise. There were leaked photos of the alleged Google Pixel 3 Lite last month on the Russian tech blog Rozetked. The average budget device was codenamed “Sargo” and was found in the beginner of October in the ARCore code. Then, more renderings of the Google Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite were also surfaced online.
These leaks and rumors are expected to be real like what turned out to the Google Pixel 3. They were an exact match including no headphone jack, which is what mobile manufacturers have eliminated now. If this rumor will likely happen, these devices will be the first mid-range phones from the company ever since the 2015 release of the current Google Nexus 5X.
In terms of specifications, the only difference of the alleged smartphones is their sizes. Both devices will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 or 710 chipset. They will have 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. A 12-megapixel camera will be on the rear and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The smaller phone will boast a 5.5-inch display, while the XL variant will feature a 6-inch screen. However, their batteries are still unknown.
