Nowadays, devices like smartphones have undergone a lot of changes this year. The budget devices are having shrinking bezels, dual rear cameras, and no notches. Many more things are going to be altered this coming year 2019. Let us take a look at what else is likely to happen next year.

According to The Economic Times, South Korean tech company Samsung seems to release a foldable smartphone with a big 7.4-inch screen when unfolded and a 4.6-inch display like a regular smartphone when folded. The device will function as a tablet complete with multi-tasking features and will fold inward. It will cost around $1,770 that could end up limiting sales.

The company will also introduce the slimmest bezels on a flagship. These include the Samsung Galaxy S10 with an increase in height of the display, Galaxy S10 Plus with a quad high definition 1440 x 3040-pixel display, and Galaxy S10 Lite with a full high-definition 1080 x 2280-pixel display.

The tech giant Apple may change their design of the notched iPhone X look for the upcoming iPhones. The 3D Touch will continue to be ditched, and the dual-camera lens setup will remain. Then, the Google Pixel 3 Lite is speculated to pack a wonderful 12.2-megapixel rear camera. This will be a mid-range, low-cost handset with a 32GB of internal storage and a large battery than the current Google Pixel 3s.

Meanwhile, the Huawei Mate 30 will likely offer four cameras on the back, all vertically arranged in a module, with a pretty sizable flash note right alongside. The highly anticipated OnePlus 7 will have a triple lens rear camera and a front-facing camera hidden behind its sliding all-screen display without bezels or notches at all.

Chinese-based tech company Oppo is rumored to be the first company to mass-produce 5G compatible handsets next year. Then, Xiaomi is all set to launch the 5G Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 early next year in the UK and Europe and will hit store shelves either just before or after Mobile World Congress 2019. This device will feature a magnetically sliding 6.39-inch OLED display with a sleek bezel-less design and a dual rear camera system.
