Electra iOS 11.3.1 Jailbreak: Team To Fix Issues for Public Release
Weeks after the last update on the Electra iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak, it is looking like we are nearing a public release for the upcoming jailbreak. After an issue with the APFS rootfs remount, more people have gone onboard to fix the problem with the coming release.

It is confirmed that the Electra team have taken it upon themselves to complete the work on the jailbreak, according to Redmond Pie. Since waiting for other people to complete the update will take more time, the team members have joined together to facilitate faster progress on the project.
Electra’s work on the much-awaited jailbreak is a welcome development for those awaiting the product. This only confirms that even those in the Electra team are worried about the slow pace in the progress of the jailbreak project. This also may mean that the jailbreak will be released publicly much sooner than previously thought.
The announcement was verified via a post on the official Twitter account of CoolStar. The post also urged followers to not hound Jonathan Levin for updates on the jailbreak. It can be remembered that Alibaba’s Min Zheng recently called on people to be patient for the Electra iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak.

This development, however, means that the release date of the jailbreak will be hard to predict. The good thing is once the team finishes the rootfs remount, the jailbreak could be released within a week.
The jailbreak is said to be semi-tethered. This means that it has the ability to reboot the device on its own so that it can be returned to its non-jailbroken state. This can be done easily with the Electra app.
