CES 2018: Introducing The World's Very First 88-Inch, 8K OLED TV Ever Created
The most-awaited Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is back again and this time it’s all set to unveil something really big. As per the latest tech news today, LG will be launching the world’s first 88-inch 8K resolution display TV at CES 2018.
According to Engadget, the South Korean multinational electronics company is all set to release its 88-inch 8K OLED display television at CES 2018. Reportedly, this will be the world’s largest and highest resolution OLED display ever to be introduced to date.
The Indian Express has reported that LG has not yet revealed other details about its upcoming and most-awaited offering. It is also believed that the brand’s new television is expected to be around 7680×4320 pixels in resolution.
The 88-inch 8K resolution display TV will be a major upgrade from the previously launched 77 inches OLED screen. Last year in CES 2017, Samsung made a shift to the QLED panels, thereby unveiling three QLED TVs including the Q9, Q8, and Q7. The QLED TVs received a good response from the critics and the viewers. The TV is claiming it to be better and brighter than the OLED displays.
