Bigg Boss 12: Anup Jalota On Relationship With Jasleen Matharu: "Just Because I Sing Bhajans, Doesn't Mean I'm Saint"
Salman Khan’s much-awaited show Bigg Boss has just launched its 12th season and, as expected, the excitement among the audience is at its peak. Diehard fans of the show have rescheduled their priority to squeeze some time out to watch the show. The glitzy launch of the show on Sunday evening saw millions of fans gluing to their TV sets. Of all the things which attracted the audience, the unusual pairing of Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota and his partner, Jasleen Matharu, gained maximum eyeballs. Jalota has had a very spiritual kind of image throughout his career, but when people came to know about his much younger girlfriend, everyone was shocked beyond the point.
Anup Jalota is aware of everything that people may say behind his back. Before entering the glass-walled house of Bigg Boss 12, he had spoken to a popular tabloid where he said, “I am the senior most in age, but among the most modern when it comes to how I view things. My thoughts and thinking are the most modern amongst all. People assume that since I sing Bhajans, I must be some saint. But that is not the case. I am quite a fun loving person. I do a lot of fun in my life and people will see that in Bigg Boss. I want people to watch the show and know my real personality which they cannot just by listening to my songs.”
Jasleen, who is just 28, has decided to go public with her relationship with the eminent singer. Both have been together for three years now. In an interaction with the same tabloid, the actress-singer had said, “I am going in Bigg Boss with my real life partner. I honestly don’t know how it is going to be inside, as both of us will be staying with housemates who are complete strangers to us. Once we stay with them, we shall come to know about their reaction.”
