It seems the tech giant Apple has a lot in store coming this year. Here is the list of new phones and other planned devices avid fans can hardly wait and are eagerly waiting for.
Apple Watch Series 4
A new upcoming Apple Watch series 4 is probably labeled as the Apple Watch Series 4 without any specific launch date yet. The device is expected to unleash with a 15 percent larger display and improved battery life as KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed. It might come with enhanced health monitoring as well.
The AirPower wireless charging accessory was already announced back in September 2017 on stage together with the current iPhone X. The charging mat will potentially charge three Apple devices at once like an iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch. AirPower is speculated to cost about £211 or $294 or $199.
2018 Flagship iPhones
Apple will release three flagship smartphones this year: a speedier 5.8-inch OLED iPhone X successor i.e. iPhone 11, a high-end 6.5-inch OLED “iPhone X Plus,” and a cheaper 6.1-inch TFT LCD model “iPhone SE 2,” which will come running iOS 12 and will not support a 3.5mm headphone port.
Updated iPad Pro
An updated iPad Pro model is planned to release in the second half of this year. The iPad Pro 3 will flaunt a solid specification, battery boost, and a TrueDepth camera to enable Face ID as seen on the current iPhone X.
Currently, the company is still working on a sub $1,000 MacBook, which is presumably to replace the MacBook Air. Its more affordable MacBook Air might launch in the second quarter of this year. The device is introduced to support Touch ID, a much larger trackpad, and its butterfly keyboard, which will boast 40% thinner than a traditional keyboard.
