Geekbench Result For AMD Radeon RX Vega 20 Spotted
Recently, Apple announced that their 15-inch MacBook Pro comes with AMD’s Radeon RX Vega 20 and RX Vega 16 GPU options. This time around, a benchmark result for the RX Vega 20 GPU was spotted online.
The Performance Score
As you can see from the Geekbench result, the metal score was able to score a metal score of 73,953. It was uploaded back on November 16, 2018.
According to a report, the new Radeon RX Vega graphics cards can only be added to the 15-inch MacBook Pro which sits at $2,799. The RX Vega 16 costs an additional $250, while the RX Vega 20 costs $350.
Comparing It To Other GPUs
Regarding the performance of the RX Vega 20, when compared to the RX 560X it does seem impressive because the RX 560X scored a metal score of around 57,000. This in return signifies that the RX Vega 20’s performance is on par with the 570 or 570X.
As for the Geekbench result of the RX Vega 16, unfortunately, it hasn’t yet been released. But tech enthusiasts are looking forward to its release.

Speaking of graphics cards, CES 2019 is fast approaching. The event is scheduled from January 8 to 11, 2019 and will be held at Las Vegas.
It is an annual event where tech companies can flaunt their tech prowess. And among the companies that will be showcasing their tech products is, of course, AMD.
According to a report, AMD’s President and CEO Dr. Lisa Lu is scheduled to deliver a keynote discussing next-gen computing. In addition to that, the company is also reportedly going to show off its 3rd-gen Ryzen processors and new graphics products.
Aside from AMD, Intel is also going to be present at the event. TweakTown said that the company will launch a new GPU.
