Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Set To Launch Alongside Redmi Note 5 & Mi TV; Render Confirms Dual-Camera For Note 5
Xiaomi rumored to unveil its Redmi Note 5 in India on the February 14. However, latest reports claim that we will also see the launch of Xiaomi Redmi Not 5 Pro and Mi TV. Meanwhile, an alleged render of the Redmi Note 5 also came out confirming the Dual Camera rumor.
The render reveals that the Redmi Note 5 will have an elongated display, which will offer an aspect ratio of 18:9. Looking at the image one can see the slimmer upper and lower bezels compared to predecessor models. The back panel of the device boasts vertical dual rear cameras with LED flash and a fingerprint scanner embedded below it. The volume rocker and power key can be seen on the left side of the smartphone.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is said to boast a Full HD+ resolution screen of 5.99 inches. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 636 or 630. There will be 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB/ 64 GB of storage variants.
The dual camera setup on the Redmi Note 5 will feature a 16-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor. On the front side, there will be an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. The device is said to sport a huge battery of 4,100mAh capacity.

Xiaomi is expected to release the two variants of the Redmi Note 5 in India with Snapdragon 625 chipset and the premium one Redmi Note 5 Pro with Snapdragon 636 SoC, as reported by Telecom Talk. Upcoming Xiaomi Note 5 Pro is said to be priced around Rs 15,000, while the Redmi Note 5 is rumored from Rs 8,999.
