Listed below are the features, specifications, release date, and latest rumors on Galaxy Note 9.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Features and Specification
In-display Fingerprint Scanner and Unlocking Phone From Beneath the Display: Rumors of Samsung launching Galaxy S8 with futuristic biometric technology have been doing the rounds for quite some time. In the past, the same was said about Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9.
Not too long ago, Ice Universe revealed that Galaxy Note 9 will be Samsung’s first handset that will hit the market with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
If we were to go with Ice Universe, it does seem like Galaxy Note 9 will be the company’s first device to have the potential to unlock the phone from under the display. Ice Universe has over the years proved to be a reliable source. He was the first to make public the correct design of the Galaxy Note 8. He was also the first to come up with the live images of the Galaxy S8. Ice Universe also gave precise information on the features and specs of Galaxy S9.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 – Power and Memory
The Galaxy Note 9 will be very powerful as it will use Exynos 9810 chip, similar to Galaxy S9. Being the Android leader, the Exynos 9810 chip is extremely fast for everyday usage, even though Apple’s A11 Bionic chip scores much higher on benchmark tests.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chip (equally powerful as Exynos) would be used in certain areas like in Galaxy S9.
As per the leaks, a Snapdragon 845 with 6GB RAM onboard is what we can expect in Galaxy Note 9. The device will reportedly get a 4,000mAh battery pack, similar to Huawei’s P20 Pro. Note 8 came with 3,300mAh pack, enough to run well for a whole day.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 had a 6.3 inch Super AMOLED display running at 2960×1440. According to rumors, the Note 9 could feature a 6.4-inch display.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 Release Date
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will most probably release some time in August this year. Samsung had announced and released Galaxy Note 7 in August 2016. Similarly, Note 8 was announced in August 2017 and released the next month.
Going by the sequence of dates, Note 9 will come out in August 2018. Another reason for Samsung not delaying it too much is its need to beat Apple’s announcement of iPhone XI, which is expected to happen in September this year. No rumors are suggesting the release of the device before August so far.
Whether you want to buy Galaxy S9 (which is likely to hit the market before Note 9) or wait for Galaxy Note 9 is a decision you must take after analyzing the pros and cons of both devices.
