Min Zheng Discovers iOS 11.3 Kernel Bug; iOS 11.3 Jailbreak Possible?
Alibaba’s Min Sheng recently posted a tweet revealing that an iOS 11.3 0day bug, which was a kernel-level bug, was able to survive Apple’s iOS 11.3 update. The jailbreak community is now excited since it might give birth to iOS 11.3 Jailbreak tool.
Zheng has posted once again on a social networking site confirming that a kernel-level bug was able to “survive” Apple’s iOS 11.3 push from pre-rollout to production. This basically specifies that Zheng was already mindful of the presence of the bug when the iOS 11.3 beta was rolled out into the development community
The good news for the jailbreak community is that this bus appears to be still present in the public-facing version of iOS 11.3. In fact, the security engineering has posted an image inside of the tweet to deliver some sort of confirmation.
