Electra iOS 11 Jailbreak Update: Circuit Breaker Management Utility App Available Now!
There have been a lot of advances in the jailbreaking scene today. As a matter of fact, a Reddit user under the username TheComputerWhisperer has released the Circuit Breaker, which is an Electra iOS 11 jailbreak management utility app similar to iCleaner Pro.
What is Circuit Breaker and Its Compatibility?
This management utility app for Electra iOS 11 jailbreak lets the users who have jailbroken their iOS devices using Electra Jailbreak to enable and disable tweak settings and tweaks for troubleshooting, rebuild uicache, respring, backup tweaks and other functionalities.
The Circuit Breaker is compatible with all iOS 11 – iOS 11.1.2 devices that have been jailbroken using the Electra jailbreak tool. With that beings aid, it won’t work if the user had jailbroken his iOS device using LiberiOS jailbreak.
What Are The Features Of Circuit Breaker?
The features of Circuit Breaker are the following:
- Enable or disable tweaks via toggle switch
- Enable or disable tweak settings via toggle switch (preference bundles)
- Rebuild uicache
- Backup tweaks/tweak settings & themes (need support testing)

How To Install Circuit Breaker?
To install the Circuit Breaker, TheComputerWhisperer has delivered the following installation instructions:
Step 1: Download the Circuit Breaker app here.
Step 2: Simply unzip the downloaded file, log in with SSH as the root user, point to the CircuitBreakerInstaller directory the users have extracted and run the command: bash ./install.sh
Optionally users can also manually install by inserting circuitbreaker.app in the root /Applications/ directory, setting ownership level to root:admin (chown 0:80) and make sure that the circuitbreaker binary access permission is set as an executable -rwxrwxr-x (chmod 0775). Lastly, users will have to run uicache after manually installing so that the app icon will appear on the home screen.
